Shipping & Handling

PJOZ.com provides shipping & handling to orders within Australia using Parcel Post & Fastway Pre-paid satchel service. There are limitations to the postcodes that our courier can deliver to. If your postcode is outside of the zone list of their delivery area, you will be required to pay the additional amount to service your order or we reserve the right to cancel the order if we cannot come to an agreement. 

We can send using a fully tracked delivery system at additional cost. Just ask. We will provide the service to you at whatever price it would cost us.

In all fairness, we will endeavour to do the right thing to ensure you get low cost shipping & handling, however if you live in woop, you can't expect us to foot the bill or expect us to pay for damaged or missing items.

We will always do our best to pack things properly. However the postal system can be hell on packages...
